Fitness and dance classes

Kent Sport provides an exciting range of fitness and dance classes, such as Circuits, Zumba, Body Pump, Spinning, Pilates and many more. For full details of the class timetable visit the online events calendar.

All classes are free to Gold and Silver Kent Sport members. You can book your class online, or visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion receptions where Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance. You can use the self-service kiosk in reception or a member of staff can assist you.

Bronze members pay per person, per activity (Student – £4.30, Staff and Public Junior – £5.30, Alumni and Public Adult – £6.30). Class fees are payable at the Sports Centre reception. Bronze members can book classes up to three days in advance.

Please arrive and book in at least 20 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, at the kiosk or in person, you can cancel your booking by emailing sportstudio@kent.ac.uk no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Online bookings can be cancelled online by the member that made the booking.
