Dynamic templates are available so you can process complex reactions. The software draws structures easily with a single tool, whilst simultaneously providing a formatting toolbar and labels with text and arrows for identifying reaction schemes. It comes with sequence tool for chemical reactions. and utilizes bio-molecule drawing features and chemistry engine to render sophisticated formulas. You can also import and create 1 to 3 letter peptides, DNA or RNA structures, crossing bonds and di-sulfide bridges, and even side–chain protecting groups.
