Our year groups are small enough for each student to be an individual, and large enough that you will be one of a small community of international students.

International Student Support

The School supports new international students’ transition through the student mentoring scheme. Student mentors provide information on studying and living in the UK.  The School also provides English Language support for students who may need it.
International students are encouraged to join these events.

Opportunity to Study Abroad

If you are studying on one of our undergraduate degree programmes, it is possible add a Year Abroad, extending your degree to four years. This will take place between Stages 2 and 3 at one of our partner universities.  Places and destination are subject to availability, language and degree programme.  To find out more, plase see Go Abroad.

Getting involved

Why not learn about what fantastic opportunities for students studying at Kent. The Greenwich and Kent Students Unions (GK Unions) is a partnership between The University of Kent and the University of Greenwich student unions. Ideal for students studying on the Medway campus ( and Dockyard facilities) to help support students as well as providing a great range of activities and services to enhance the student experience.
