Within HR, the Operational Services Team delivers core HR administrative processes and advises on HR policies and procedures, particularly in relation to contracts, contractual entitlements/benefits and promotions. The HR Co-ordinators are the key contacts for: contracts, DB501s, rates of pay for hourly paid staff, queries relating to annual leave entitlements, maternity leave, conditions of service, contractual entitlements and processes. The HR Assistants are the key contacts for the HR and Payroll system, administration relating to hourly paid staff contracts, processing resignations, paternity leave, reference requests and employment confirmation letters.
The HR Employment Support and Resourcing Team is responsible for providing strategic and generalist HR Support, particularly in relation to organisational change, policy advice and interpretation, recruitment and selection guidance and immigration.
