Postgraduate UK students are invited to apply to the University for £10,000 bursaries in a scheme jointly funded by the government.

The University’s postgraduate support scheme is one of the largest in the country with 232 bursaries on offer – including 100 exclusively reserved for residents of Kent and Medway.

Kent’s scheme, jointly funded by the government, provides bursaries to UK students who meet its eligibility criteria and register for a taught Master’s degree beginning in September 2015 at the University.

The bursaries are available to those 2015 graduates who registered for a bachelor’s degree in 2012 at any university in the UK where they paid a higher rate tuition fee (usually £9K).

The bursary is available for full- or part-time study at Kent’s campuses in Canterbury and Medway, as well as for split-site programmes at its specialist centres in Brussels, Paris and Rome. The deadline for application is 15 September 2015.

Kent’s postgraduate scholarship fund is worth over £9 million in total and includes scholarships for taught and research programmes as well as subject- and location-specific funding.
