Library visitor PC

Members of the public can use the visitor PC in the Templeman Library to use the internet, use Microsoft Office and access a selection of digital library resources.

How to get access

To use the visitor PC, ask at the IT & Library Support Desk, in Nexus, Block D, Ground Floor of the Templeman Library.

You will have to show photo ID and fill in a form with some personal details to register.

Once you've registered, we will log you into the PC and a web browser will be available for you to use.

When the PC is available

You can log in to the PC during IT & Library Support Desk staffed hours in the Templeman Library (and you can continue using it after they've closed).

You'll be able to use the visitor PC for at least 30 minutes. If another visitor is waiting to use the PC, we may ask you to finish your session at the end of the 30 minute period.

Saving to USB

The PC has a USB port, so you can save material to a memory stick.
