Religious belief is no reason to deny people services – but is there a right to silence?
Davina Cooper, Professor of Law and Political Theory in Kent Law School, has commented on a recent furore over a Northern Ireland bakery’s refusal to make a cake bearing the iced message “support gay marriage”.
