Agresso Support

Agresso Support, in association with Management Information Services Division, manages the Agresso system for members of the Finance department. The office carries out the following activities:

• Dealing with any queries relating to the Agresso system itself.
• Onward reporting of faults and enhancements to Agresso, monitoring and implementing solutions.
• Ongoing development of the system, particularly with respect to access over the internet, purchase ordering and other modules.
• User training and installation of upgrades.
• Technical maintenance of Agresso system - hardware, databases etc, in liaison with Information Services.
