Enrolment queries
If you have any questions about enrolment, please email GettingStarted@kent.ac.uk.
Getting support in person
Nexus is your campus help point, with locations in Templeman Library (D block) and Sibson at our Canterbury campus, and in Medway Building at our Medway campus.
Between Saturday 26 September until Friday 9 October, Templeman Library is the go place for any of your queries - from the Arrivals Hub where you can collect your student ID card, pay your fees, show your visa status (for international students) - to Nexus who can help with everything else.
Unsure where to go for help in your first couple of weeks? Head to Templeman Library in Canterbury, or Medway Building reception in Medway.

Skills for Academic Success offer study skills support and advice for all students. They offer 1 to 1 appointments, workshops, downloadable study guides and SkillsBuilder videos.
Your Academic Adviser
Each student is assigned an Academic Adviser, who is an academic from your School dedicated to supporting you on your academic journey.
Health and wellbeing
Support Support and Wellbeing can help with mental health, disability, autism and specific learning differences (SpLDs, including ADHD and dyslexia), and accessibility.
Finance and funding
Get support around your finances including how to pay fees and how you can apply for financial support to help with the cost of living.
KSU Advice Service
Kent Students' Union are separate to the Uni. They are offer free, impartial and confidential advice and guidance on a range of issues.
Graduate and Researcher College
We have a vibrant postgraduate researcher community at Kent. The Graduate and Researcher College provide support and events for PGR students.
