Getting support in person

Nexus is your campus help point, with locations in Templeman Library (D block) and Sibson at our Canterbury campus, and in Medway Building at our Medway campus.

Between Saturday 26 September until Friday 9 October, Templeman Library is the go place for any of your queries - from the Arrivals Hub where you can collect your student ID card, pay your fees, show your visa status (for international students) - to Nexus who can help with everything else. 

Unsure where to go for help in your first couple of weeks? Head to Templeman Library in Canterbury, or Medway Building reception in Medway.
