About

Sadie gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University and has worked for Wimbledon ladies F.C. and Arsenal Ladies F.C as a pitch side therapist. Sadie also spent nine years working as the Lead Sports Therapist for Maidstone Rugby Club. During her time here, she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University College.

Sadie joined the University of Kent in August 2005 and has completed the Post Graduate Certificate of Higher Education. She lectures on the Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation programme.

Research interests

Sadie is interested in the management of hamstring injuries, cartilage repair rehabilitation and optimal loading during rehabilitation.

She likes to focus on the later stages of rehabilitation and return to sport following injury.
