Body blast- A mixture of medium intensity and low impact work out with concentration on the stomach and lower body extremities. It's a fun, effective class and the best way to see conditioning results fast!
You can book your class online , or visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion receptions where Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance. You can use the self-service kiosk in reception or a member of staff can assist you. Bronze members can book classes up to three days in advance.
Please arrive and book in at least 20 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, at the kiosk or in person, you can cancel your booking by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org  no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Online bookings can be cancelled online by the member that made the booking.
