Super circuits -Del Max 6 (can be done outside whilst the weather is nice, can use one of the halls when the weather starts to turn)Group circuits class utilising inspiration from areas such as martial arts for control and body weight exercises, also using other sports for inspiration for with team work to perform exercises Used to help build confidence, upper body strength and to build muscle whilst strengthening cardiovascular performance
