Express Yoga
Stamp Out Stress

Relaxing yoga class exploring a variety of core strength, core stability and breathing exercises. Yoga incorporates fluid aesthetic postures, stretches and exercises. Suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility.

Express yoga 30min classes.


You can book your class online, or visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion receptions where Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance. You can use the self-service kiosk in reception or a member of staff can assist you. Bronze members can book classes up to three days in advance.

Please arrive and book in at least 20 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, you must cancel your booking by emailing sportstudio@kent.ac.uk no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Online bookings must be cancelled online by the member that made the booking. Your membership account will be limited until outstanding fines for each 'no show' are paid if this procedure is not followed.
