The Former Staff Association is pleased to offer members a trip on the PS Waverley, during which participants will step abroad the last sea-going paddle steamer in the world to explore the River Thames and watch as London's Tower Bridge opens!
"Enjoy a spectacular cruise on the Thames pass through the Thames Flood Barrier, see the Dome, the historic waterfront at Greenwich, and the dramatic buildings at Canary Wharf culminating in the spectacle of the bridge opening especially for you. Turn in the Pool of London and sail to Gravesend Town Pier where you will join your coach for your return journey."
The cost of the tour will be £49.00 regular, £47.00 for senior citizens and £24.00 for children. You can book your tickets online here or pay on the day but please be aware that there are limited spaces. There is a dining room and a couple of bars on board for refreshments.
