A fast but very intense whole body workout.Using very brief pauses within each set of exercises, you get just enough respite before the next period to really get the best from yourself. Uses a variety of equipment.

You can book your class online, or visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion receptions where Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance. You can use the self-service kiosk in reception or a member of staff can assist you. Bronze members can book up to three days in advance.

Bronze members pay per person, per activity (Student - £4.40, Staff and Public Junior - £5.40, Alumni and Public Adult - £6.40). Class fees are payable at the Sports Centre reception.
