Animal Flow combines quadrupedal movements in a challenging workout with elements of body weight training. Increase power, strength and mobility in traveling flows, designed to mimic the forms of animals to improve the human animal.
Insanity. High intensity interval training incorporating blocks of strength, endurance, plyometric, agility, coordination, core and flexibility exercises. This class is Insane, but low intensity options are offered so work as hard as you can to achieve all your fitness goals in one class! Insanity Live is the commercial version of the popular home workout franchise.
Box Fit. This class is not only physical but technical. Learn how to throw a punch and use the pads in this fun filled action packed circuit class
Mash It Up uses dancing as a way to make you come alive and stay lean. MIU is a new dance fitness concept that has taken Europe by storm. It's a new era of dance bringing authentic Jamaican Dancehall and fitness routines together to create a low impact but high energy workout that will keep you charged and glowing. The moves are broken down and separated into sections, so that the student learns the moves progressively with ease, which is then put together at the end to form a full choreography!Visit the event web page
Gold and Silver members can book online up to seven days in advance at https://kentsport.kent.ac.uk/Horizons/ or by visiting the Sports Centre or Pavilion receptions.
Bronze members can book up to three days in advance at reception.
Please book on to each class you will be attending. On the day bookings are also allowed. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked class start time.
