RAM Training
Business Skills

RAM Training will provide an explanation of the University's Resource Allocation Model.  It will cover basic principles including what is a RAM? why use a RAM? and will explain the methodologies used for how Kent currently chooses to allocate resources – the rates and drivers that are applied and why.  It will discuss the current RAM Reporting structures providing explanation of RAM statement reporting and will discuss control of a cost centres surplus/deficit.
