In this relaxing Yoga class we will explore a variety of strength and breathing exercises. The slow pace makes the class suitable for all levels and abilities, so that beginners can benefit as much as more advanced students.

Classes are free to Gold and Silver members and Bronze members pay per person per activity. You can book your class through your online account, or by using the self-service kiosk in the Sports Centre reception. Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance and Bronze members up to three days in advance. Please arrive and book in at least 20 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, you must cancel your booking by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Online bookings must be cancelled online by the member that made the booking. Your membership account will be limited until outstanding fines for each 'no show' are paid if this procedure is not followed.
