Arrivals Hub

ARRIVALS HUB

The Arrivals Hub brings together administrative teams to help you in person, whether you are a new or returning student. It's the place to go to get your student ID card, pay your fees and show us your visa status (if you are an international student).

The Arrivals Hub opens soon!

The Arrivals Hub will open on Arrivals Weekend - Saturday 26 September (10:00-17:00) and Sunday 27 September (10:00-16:00).

It will continue to open 9:30-16:30, Monday to Friday, from Monday 28 September to Friday 9 October 2026.

Friday 23 October 2026 is the last date by which you must have enrolled and been registered as a student at the University of Kent.

From Monday 12 October onwards, please visit Nexus. If you have an appointment with Admissions, please visit the Registry reception (facing Darwin).

Until then, you can visit Nexus in the Templeman Library; go in the main entrance, through the turnstiles, and take the first right.
