Each Validated Institution is required to have an Academic Misconduct Committee to consider alleged breaches of General Regulations section V, item3 and Annex 10 of the Credit Framework.
Students may appeal against the recommendations of such Academic Misconduct Committees or of the Chairs of Academic Misconduct Committees. Please refer to Annex 10 of the Credit Framework.
