- supporting student learning through academic advice and guidance with activities designed to drive student progression and success

- developing excellent, innovative practices in teaching and learning across the institution, including technology-enhanced learning
- implementing consistent QA policies across the University in line with the national regulatory frameworks for compliance and excellence.
