I am a graduate Sports Therapist, I studied my BSc at Leeds Beckett University from 2013. During this time I was able to train within the Leeds Triathlon Centre, which included Alistair and Jonathon Brownlee, and complete work experience at Bradford City FC. I then went on to study a MSc in Strength and Conditioning, at the University of Greenwich from 2016.
Since graduation, I have been based in a private practice and sports setting. I have worked in numerous sporting environments such as football, hockey and golf at semi-professional and amateur levels. This included working with a variety of ages, adults and adolescents both in a private setting and academy sports setting. During my career, I have found a passion for exercise rehabilitation, movement correction and enhancing an athlete's sports performance after injury.
