The University of Kent utilises an online system for accessing and submitting responses to the External Examiner Reports, known as EERSS. This allows the Divisions and the External Examiners to view the submitted reports, and the departmental and University responses made to them.
EERSS - software upgrade to Power App.
To upload a response to a 2021/22 or a 2022/23 report select the report and click the Divisional Response button. Then enter the text. There is an option to save a draft response.
Please note that once an uploaded response has been submitted it is visible to an External Examiner and they receive an email alert. Therefore, responses should not be uploaded until they have been approved by the Division. See Section 9 of Annex K.

As SharePoint 2013 (SP2013) has now been retired if you wish to view an External Examiner's report submitted for 2020/21 or earlier please email examiners@kent.ac.uk.
2021/22 reports submitted through SP2013 have been imported into the new EERSS based on Power App.
