Please note: Students are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use and taking rubbish to the main bins outside the block. If you need fresh towels, you can swap them at the Tyler Court reception during opening hours. Bed linen can be found in your room, with a spare set included as well, and can be washed in one of our laundrettes on campus.

You can check in anytime after 15:00 at the relevant reception. Please note, if you are checking in outside of reception hours, you can call Campus Security on +44 (0) 1227 823300 and they will check you in.
Please check out of your room by 11:00 on your day of departure, this includes handing your key or fob into reception. Late check out is not available therefore anyone checking out late will be charged an additional fee. (Between 11:00 and midday it's £10, after midday you will be charged another full night's stay.)
All of our rooms include towels and bed linen.
Our commuter self-catered accommodation consists of en-suite rooms with shared kitchen facilities.
We understand that accidents can happen and you may lose your room key or fob during your stay with us. In the result of this happening, please visit the relevant reception for your accommodation and they will sort you out a replacement key/fob. There will be a charge billed to you for the replacement, £10 for a fob and £35 for a key.
Whilst bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment are provided, it is the responsibility of guests to clean up after using the kitchen and to remove rubbish to the main bins located outside the block. Housekeeping will clean the shared kitchen once a week as part of general upkeep.
Towels can be exchanged at Tyler Court reception within opening hours. Bed linen can be found in your room, with a spare set included as well, and can be washed in one of our laundrettes on campus. There is a laundrette located on the ground floor of block A and B in Tyler Court.
