Past, present and future: 60 years of the University of Kent

This exhibition explores Kent's history from a pioneering new university to a global force for learning, research, creativity and innovation. 

Discover the people, places, ideas and achievements that have shaped the University’s rich history and look towards its future with the University of Greenwich, as they together form part of new LASE University Group – a collaboration bringing the two universities together in a unique super-university model, a first in the UK.

 
Drawing on materials from Special Collections and Archives, alongside loans from across the University, the exhibition explores the University’s historical, academic and cultural journey through stories, archives, photographs and objects.
