About

Irena Jennings joined Kent Business School from Imperial College London where she worked as a fully-qualified Careers Consultant for ten years. Irena has experience of working in industry in Germany and the UK. Her role is focused on teaching.

Research Interests

Promoting employment prospects of international students, international labour mobility and enhancing students’ cultural agility.

Teaching

Irena is responsible for lecturing on topics of employability and careers to undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA students. In addition, she provides individual careers guidance and coaching to all Kent Business School students at the Canterbury and Medway campuses for up to three years after graduation.

Professional

Irena is a member of AGCAS, the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services and the British Psychological Society. She is a qualified psychometric tester and trained in MBTI and Hogan personality assessments.
