DELIVERED WITH PRIDE, PASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM

Pride Award

To enable us to recognise those members of our staff who go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, Kent Hospitality launched the Pride Award.

Pride stands for 'Personal responsibility in delivering excellence' and any of our staff (permanent or casual) may be nominated. Nominations can be made by students and visitors to the University or by any member of University staff.

The Pride Award will be made four times a year in March, June, September and December and the winner will receive shopping vouchers to the value of £100, a certificate of achievement and a badge. All nominations received will be judged by a panel of representatives from Kent Hospitality's staff, to include the last Pride Award winner(s).

The Pride Award Panel has recently introduced a new reward as part of the Pride Award programme for staff who receive an exceptional nomination and deserve a 'Special Recognition' for this. The reward will take the form of £20 being added to their Kent One card.

The deadline for the next award is 12 noon, Wednesday 13 March 2019.
