To enable us to recognise those members of our staff who go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, Kent Hospitality launched the Pride Award.
Pride stands for 'Personal responsibility in delivering excellence' and any of our staff (permanent or casual) may be nominated.
IThe Award is issued four times a year in March, June, September and December and the winner will receive shopping vouchers to the value of £100, a certificate of achievement and a badge. All nominations received will be judged by a panel of representatives from Kent Hospitality's staff, to include the last Pride Award winner(s).
December 2020 Update
Our PRIDE Award is currently on pause as we undergo a review of the award structure with our HR Teams. Unfortunately, this means that we are currently not accepting new nominations.
September 2020 Pride Award winners
