To enable us to recognise those members of our staff who go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, Kent Hospitality launched the Pride Award.
Pride stands for 'Personal responsibility in delivering excellence' and any of our staff (permanent or casual) may be nominated. Nominations can be made by students and visitors to the University or by any member of University staff.
The award will be made three times a year in April, September and December and the winner will receive shopping vouchers to the value of £100, a certificate of achievement and a badge. All nominations received will be judged by a panel of representatives from Kent Hospitality's staff, to include the last Pride Award winner(s).
