English at Kent Day

10am-3pm in Woolf College on the University of Kent Campus, Canterbury
The English at Kent Day* is your opportunity to experience being an English student for the day. You will be able to attend a number of sample seminars focusing on different areas of literature and creative writing we teach at Kent. You will also have the opportunity to speak with staff and current students throughout the day. Open to anyone interested in studying our undergraduate English and American Literature, Creative Writing or Contemporary Literature programmes. Lunch will be provided, so please indicate if you or your guests have any dietary requirements. Please also let us know if you are interested in a Joint Honours programme, as there may be the possibility to attend sessions from the other subject you are interested in on the day. A programme for the day will be sent to you via email nearer the time. The day is free of charge.

*The day is tailored for those interested in studying the following at undergraduate level: English and American Literature (Single and Joint Honours), English and American Literature and Creative Writing, English, American and Postcolonial Literatures, Contemporary Literature and anyone interested in studying any of these courses with the Year Abroad option.
