    Advanced Computer Science - MSc

    Are you a computing graduate whose interests span more than one specialism? Do you want the freedom to explore a variety of advanced topics? This course can serve as a springboard for employment or research.

    Artificial Intelligence - MSc

    The Artificial Intelligence MSc programme combines a wide choice of advanced topics in computer science with specialist modules relating to computational intelligence, including logic-based, connectionist and evolutionary artificial intelligence, inspirations from the natural world, practical applications and the philosophy of machine reasoning.  

    You can choose to take this course with the addition of a placement.

    Computer Science - MSc

    This conversion programme provides you with a broad and balanced introduction to computer science, including the key technologies and skills needed for employment. You can also explore your personal interests through a variety of optional modules.

    On this UK government’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) fully certified programme, you learn the essential skills to support cyber security within commercial and government organisations. This includes the technical side of encryption, authentication, biometrics, network security, etc as well as information security management and cyber security risk.  

    You can gain work experience by choosing to take this course with a placement.

    Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) - MSc

    The Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) course prepares graduates for a career in computing, or a career involving the application of computing and artificial intelligence for problem solving in any professional field.   • Research Masters

    Computer Science - MSc, PhD

    location-sign Canterbury

    Your research should produce an original contribution in your chosen field of study. You work closely with your supervisor, a member of academic staff, who is your principal source of support. If you choose a research area that has interdisciplinary aspects, you may have more than one supervisor. In addition to regular supervision, you will be supported by a supervisory panel of three academic staff who provide further structured input and guidance.
