The University of Kent was the perfect location for the Lambeth Conference. Hosted by the Archbishop of Canterbury and attended by over 1500 delegates and conference teams from around the world, who were accommodated on-site and fully catered for throughout the event.
The conference utilised the Kent Indoor Tennis and Events Arena and main sports hall for the plenary sessions, with a large exhibition set up, in the car park, adjacent to the Arena.
The conference really made the most of the space and facilities on site, delivering over 100 seminars and workshops in the seminar rooms and lecture theatres across campus.
Over 3,000 sq metres of flat floor space, with the option for a variety of events.
If you need more space there are also three lecture and seminar rooms in Sibson Building of varying sizes available in the spring and summer months.
A short walk away are both Keynes and Turing accommodation, both with a mix of single and double en-suite rooms, available on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
