Our year round self-catered accommodation is home to 11 rooms within a lovely Grade 2 listed building.
Being close to central campus, the accommodation is perfect for anyone visiting the University for business or leisure purposes, but is also on the main bus route allowing for easy access to the city centre.
All rooms have shared bathroom facilities, access to fully equipped kitchens and we provide free Wi-Fi and parking.
Rooms are competitively priced and special rates are available for weekly stays.

Types of rooms available
Within Beverley Farm, there are 11 rooms, four singles and seven doubles. The four single rooms located on the ground floor and share a kitchen and bathroom.
There are three doubles that share a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and a further two bedrooms on the second floor that share another kitchen and bathroom.
The last two double bedrooms are have their own seperate entrance, and share a kitchen and bathroom.
