Gabriel is a specialist in public sector governance and strategic legal advice with over twenty-five years’ experience and in depth knowledge within the public sector, and Higher and Further Education spheres. Advising and providing pragmatic and solution-oriented thought leadership at the highest levels, previously in one of the most populous and ethnically diverse boroughs in London, as a Lay Member of University of Kent Council (for 6 years until 2024) and now City Literature Adult Education College. Gabriel brings expertise that will scrutinise, and champions policies and procedures to implement corporate best practice, shape operational strategy and drive societal impact.
