Welcome to the Centre for Employment, Competitiveness and Growth (cECG), one of Kent Business School's applied research centres based at the University of Kent in Canterbury. cECG is focussed on developing and transferring world-class research and expertise on work, employment relations, leadership and organisation. Under this umbrella, the Centre is advancing knowledge and understanding on key research themes.
The Centre invests in a multidisciplinary approach to research, drawing on the expertise and resources of both Kent Business School staff and internationally recognised academics and practitioners from further afield. This inclusive quality brings together an excellent mix of experts who collaborate to enrich debate and inform the design of projects which go far beyond typical research ventures.
Our work is relevant to organisations of all sizes. The Centre prides itself on high levels of enterprise interaction and engagement with business and the business support community.
