How do I...

Login to your print account and view or buy credits

Printing and photocopying are paid for using print credits, which are stored against your Kent IT account.  However: you cannot use your KentOne card to pay for printing.

Check your print credit balance

Log in with your Kent IT account at https://printing.kent.ac.uk.

Buy credits online

Credits can be purchased with a credit or debit card (minimum purchase £5) at:
https://epay.kent.ac.uk/printcredits

Buy credits from self-service machines

Machines can be found in the locations listed below. To use them, follow the on-screen instructions: don't insert coins until instructed to. Note that machines don't give change - a change machine is available on Level 1 East (Social Learning Zone) of the Templeman Library.

Canterbury
  • Library Level 1 East (Social Learning Zone)
  • Library Level 2 Centre (near Centre East stairs)
  • Keynes college foyer (only accepts £1 coins)

Medway

  • Drill Hall Library, Gillingham Building, Medway Building.

 

Change your password

Change your Kent IT account password by following the on screen instructions on the Change Password page.

Use a mobile to connect to Wireless or view email
