Who are we?

We are a group of Clinical Psychologists nested within the School of Psychology committed to teaching reflective and psychological thinking to the next generation of clinicians and researchers.

As a team we teach modules and offer research supervision to students from across the range of degree programmes in the School of Psychology.

  • Undergraduate

    How do we investigate and assess mental and physical wellbeing? What are some of the ways we can treat common mental health difficulties? Psychology with Clinical Psychology BSc at Kent offers you broad training in psychology and allows you to explore the current models used in clinical research and practice.     

  • Postgraduate

    Clinical Psychology - MSc

    Our course is designed to be engaging and experiential, and you'll have access to a signposting database to help you gain clinical experience. You will gain a deep understanding of the psychological models of clinical disorders, develop therapeutic skills, and build your confidence in working with individuals facing mental health challenges.  

  • Apprenticeship

    The Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) is an exciting initiative designed to help address the staffing needs of mental health teams across the country and increase access to psychologically informed mental health services. CAPs are accountable professionals who are trained over 18 months to deliver psychological assessment, formulation, intervention, and research.
