Undergraduate degrees
Choosing a Q-Step degree
A Q-Step degree allows you to gain data skills as part of your social science degree. This gives you a combination of skills that are rare and valuable to many employers in today’s data-driven world.
A Q-Step degree title includes the term ‘with quantitative research’ so employers can see at a glance that you have an advanced level of data skills.
You can choose one of our Q-Step degrees (below) when you first apply to Kent. Or, if you’re not sure, you may be able to convert to a Q-Step degree in your first or second year of study at Kent.
