"I champion Kent’s mission, and I work with others to foster an inclusive community, based on collaboration and creating an environment where students and colleagues can flourish and achieve their aims. I ensure that our academic structures and strategic frameworks are designed to deliver success. I lead strategic change and foster a culture of autonomy and accountability, to enhance our readiness for HE of the future. I support colleagues to focus the development of our academic portfolio, which I ensure is data driven, meets student and employer demands, and is designed to enable students to succeed."
