Voices for Sanctuary: VIP Experience

Join us for a unique and uplifting evening to celebrate the University of Kent’s 60th anniversary year.
Singer from Kent Gospel Choir captured singing into a microphone

Experience the power and joy of gospel music as the University of Kent and Canterbury Cathedral come together with Voices for Sanctuary.

Proceeds from the event will go directly to University of Kent’s Sanctuary Programme. As a University of Sanctuary, we are proud to offer five scholarships each year for refugee and asylum-seeking students. We raise funds to support them through their studies, alongside a wider programme of Sanctuary work. Coming together with our partners and telling Sanctuary stories from Canterbury, a historic place of pilgrimage and refuge, we aim to share a collective message of compassion, belonging and hope.
