The Gulbenkian Arts Centre has its very own in-house café and bar which can be enjoyed by students, staff, and theatregoers alike. Throughout the day they serve Social Impact Coffee, locally sourced food, and a range of meals, snacks, and drinks.

Newly refurbished September 2025

The Gulbenkian Arts Centre Café, recently refurbished and re-opened in September 2025 offers hot food and grab and go options.

Alongside the newly refurbished space, the café team are excited to introduce Social Impact Coffee, a specialty roastery with a big idea. Their ethos that every cup of coffee served shouldn’t just taste good but should do good and 65% of their profits go into local community causes.

The Gulbenkian Arts Centre Café also launched a refreshed menu, offering a range of delicious eats developed using locally sourced ingredients.

Whether you’re popping by for breakfast and looking to enjoy our full English, a tasty pizza or freshly made deli sandwich for lunch or back on campus to catch a show and feast over our posh dogs and loaded tater tots, they will have something for everyone.
