Simply head to the Time2Eat app
1. Select Account
2. Select Ewallet
3. Top Up Funds using Apple /Google Pay or Credit / Debit Card
Ordering via Time2Eat is made simple, just follow these five simple steps and tuck in!
1. Download the Time2Eat app (see above FAQ) and click on the ‘Order’ tab
2. Choose your order type and choose your food
3. Checkout, select your delivery/collection location and time slot
4. Make payment either through using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit/Debit Card or by using balance from your wallet
5. Wait for your order to be ready using your chosen order method e.g. delivery to table
6. Enjoy your meal!
1. Head to the Time2Eat app
2. Click ‘QR Code’
3. Head to your preferred or authorized catering outlet and place your food order at the till
4. You will be asked to scan your QR code at the till, to redeem the funds or allowance.
All you need to do is purchase a hot beverage included in this promotion and the rest will follow – once your card is filled up, you will automatically redeem your free beverage on your next order!
To keep track of your collected digital stamps:
1. Head to the Time2Eat app
2. Select ‘Loyalty Stamp Cards’.
You do not need to do anything – we’ve got it sorted! When you ordered your dining package, you ordered using your Kent University email address and so we have loaded your funds to your Time2Eat wallet allowing you to spend in selected outlets on campus via the tills or through the app.

You can spend your balance in the below outlets and across all food available on the Time2Eat app and kiosks:
There will be posters in the outlets with a QR code to scan and check allergens.
Via the Time2Eat app - there will be an Allergen Banner at the bottom of each of the outlet menu pages. Click on this, find your meal and all allergens will be displayed. These are updated daily.
