When unloading or parked on campus please ensure you have this displayed in your windscreen at all times.

Grocery Shopping
Due to the number of students arriving across the weekend, we ask that you go grocery shopping prior to your unloading time. If you go shopping after you have unloaded please do not return to your unloading bay area; but rather use the overflow car parks or return after 8pm when quieter and park in a marked bay within a car park.

Giles Court
There is no parking available at Giles Court and to ensure there is room to unload everyone vehicle within this location the following steps will need to be taken.
Step 1 Drive to your Key Collection point at Keynes car park, where you will be greeted by a Traffic Marshall.

Step 2 Collect your room key from Keynes reception and return back to your vehicle
Step 3 The Traffic Marshall may ask for details to check with the register, they will check your unloading permit is completed fully and issue you with a coloured permit, to hang from the rear view mirror of your vehicle. You will then be instructed to drive to Giles Court.
Step 4 On arrival to Giles Court entrance there will be another Traffic Marshall who will be looking to see your coloured permit in your windscreen as you approach Giles Court accommodation. They will then open up entrance for you to enter and park to unload.
Step 5 Display your unloading permit within the windscreen of your vehicle and unload your vehicle. The Traffic Marshall may request you to return your coloured permit.
During Traffic Marshalls operating hours please follow directions given to you by them. At all other times please park in the marked bay unloading bay outside Giles Court. If full please return later.
