Sport and Exercise Science at Kent puts you at the heart of how the human body moves, performs and adapts. You’ll explore the science behind sport, exercise and health while being supported by expert academics who are committed to helping you reach your full potential.

From biomechanics and physiology to psychology and performance analysis, you’ll gain a deep understanding of what drives physical performance and wellbeing. Through hands-on laboratory work, applied projects and real-world case studies, you’ll learn how to turn theory into practice — building the skills and confidence to work with athletes, teams and communities.
