From biomechanics and physiology to psychology and performance analysis, you’ll gain a deep understanding of what drives physical performance and wellbeing. Through hands-on laboratory work, applied projects and real-world case studies, you’ll learn how to turn theory into practice — building the skills and confidence to work with athletes, teams and communities.
