'I graduated in 2023 and began working with local team Whitstable FC in the autumn of 2023. I was really excited about being able to put the skills I’d learnt at Kent into practice. I’m the First Team’s Sports Rehabilitator and the medical lead, which means assessing and rehabbing players back to full fitness, providing players with different types of modalities, aswell as pitchside triage, all skills taught on the Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation programme at Kent.'
'I have been involved in football all my life, so being involved in the changing room at Whitstable on this FA Vase run was an absolute pleasure. Like many, growing up and lifting a trophy at Wembley was the childhood dream, so to accomplish it so early in my career is amazing. The FA Vase is a fantastic competition, which allows semi-professional football players, who play in the 9th/10th tier of the English football pyramid, the opportunity to play at Wembley stadium.'
'I loved being able to go behind the scenes at Wembley, into the changing rooms and of course, on the pitch. My favourite thing about the final was trying to pinpoint my girlfriend, my three friends and my dad at the final whistle to share what was a magical moment with them all. It's fair to say they were difficult to spot, considering there were almost 10,000 Whitstable supporters!'
