Student Success

Equality Diversity Inclusivity

Student Success (EDI) Project

The Student Success (Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity - EDI) Project is an institutional research project investigating factors that can affect student attainment and retention. We promote student Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity by conducting ongoing research into attainment differences. We analyse and collate data to support our research, and develop activities and interventions to support student success.

What makes this project unique, is the ongoing dialogue between theory and practice. By investing time and resources into the Student Success Project, the University of Kent is responding to student needs as well as designing education for the future.

We want every student to achieve the best degree that they can, and we are committed to making that happen
