Dr Yaniv Voller, Senior Lecturer in Middle Eastern Politics comments on the recent efforts by US President Joe Biden to reinstate Iran’s nuclear deal and Israel’s concern.
‘Israel’s efforts against Iran’s nuclear programme – often described as “the shadow war” – are likely to continue given the positive events in Vienna after Tehran’s recent negotiations with world powers on the nuclear accord.’
Voller also emphasised the importance of time for all parties, the uncertainty surrounding Iran’s upcoming presidential elections and what it means for the future of Middle Eastern politics.
