William Edward 'Bill' Tidy was a well-known strip cartoonist, popularised by his strips 'The Cloggies' and 'The Fosdyke Saga', a pastiche of 'The Forsyte Saga'.
This collection contain original artworks, including some from the cartoon strip 'The Fosdyke Saga', and cuttings of the cartoon strips 'Doctor Whittle', 'Kegbuster', 'Grimbledon Down', 'The Cloggies' and 'Savage Sports'.
