Since 2009 the University of Kent and Ghent University have enjoyed a strategic international relationship within the context of an inter-institutional cooperation agreement. This agreement has been the framework for partnership activities in staff and student exchange, Erasmus Mundus, co-supervision of research, joint research and the exchange of knowledge and best practice between staff in professional services.
In 2010 the University of Kent and Ghent University signed a Memorandum of Understanding signalling our ongoing commitment to the development of staff and student exchange, cooperation in master’s programmes and doctoral training, jointly supervised PhDs, joint research and other collaborative projects.

Kent has a longstanding relationship with HKBU covering a number different facets, including collaborative provision, joint research, and staff and student mobility. Kent is delighted to continue developing its partnership with HKBU, an institution consistently at the cutting-edge of the sciences and highly regarded for its commitment to the humanities and arts.
The University of Kent was delighted to mark the renewal of our dual award agreement with Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) in April 2017. The renewed agreement covers the MSc Operational Research & Business Statistics/Business Analytics, which is part delivered via flying faculty (Kent staff travel out to Hong Kong) and the MSc Mathematical Finance/Finance (Financial Markets) in which students complete the first part of the dual programme at Kent before transferring to HKBU for the second part.
Kent and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) now hold joint graduation ceremonies for students from the MSc Operational Research & Business Statistics programme and MSc Mathematical Finance/Finance (Financial Markets) programme.
