The University's academic year is split into three terms: 

1.    Autumn Term 

2.   Spring Term  

3.   Summer Term. 

There are several options depending on what works best for you: 

Full year

Timing:   September to June

Credits:   120 credits

Autumn Term 

Timing:   September to December

Credits:   40 credits*

Spring Term

Timing:   January to March

Credits:   40 credits*

 *If you are coming for one term only and must take 60 credits for your home university, please contact the Study Abroad team to arrange this.)   

Autumn and Spring Terms

Timing:   September to March

Credits:   80 credits, 40 in each term

Spring and Summer Terms 

Timing:   January to June 

Credits:   80 credits, 40 in each term

Pre-Sessional English Courses

If you do not meet the required proficiency in English to come straight into short-term studies, you may be interested in the our Pre-Sessional English Courses. This has been specially designed to meet the needs of students whose first language is not English.
