The Pit Stop at the University of Kent

The Pit Stop

Formerly The Sports Café, The Pit Stop is getting a fresh new look, and a brand-new food and drink offer. Based in the Sports Centre, it's your go-to for grab-and-go fuel before, during or after a workout, lecture or busy day on campus.

Meet The Pit Stop

Launching Monday 21 September 2026, the space formerly Sports Cafe in the Sports Centre, has had a makeover and will bring a delicious new food and drink range with it: Ways To Be Well.

Think macro-maxxing, on-the-go eats. Protein-packed, fibre-loaded, collagen boosting or magnesium loaded, this is your gym bag's new best friend.

Whether it's a fibre-loaded chia pudding breakfast pot, a protein-packed duck and sour cherry tomato wrap, or a chia chocolate mousse, there's something for everyone, helping you hit your macros and build those gains.

You'll find the new range landing in The Pit Stop and the self-serve fridges from mid-September.
