Undergraduate Degree Programmes

Politics and International Relations is an exciting, fast-changing, broad based discipline which allows you to engage with the key issues in today’s world and acquire crucial transferable skills which will be valuable in many rewarding careers.

We offer a very wide range of undergraduate programmes, a particular strength of our portfolio are the four year degrees, which include a year spent abroad on an internship or at a partner university, leading in some cases to the award of two degrees.

Part-time study

All of our three year programmes are available as a part-time option. Students studying part-time usually complete the programme over six years, studying 60 credits per academic year, this is typically four modules which should be taken over two terms. Part-time students will be expected to attend around four hours per week during term time (2 contact hours per module).
